I didn’t receive the text message to verify my phone number?
On your My Account page is a Mobile Number section. Within this section will be a link Didn't receive code. Click on this link and the system fetches the SMS logs from our provider for the mobile number you have entered.
Reasons why you may not have received the code:
- Your mobile number is not a UK number
- You have made an error with the mobile number you entered
- Our SMS gateway has detected a problem with your phone so has not sent the code.
The problem will become clear when you see the logs on this page.
