Mike pitched Cardyard to 300 delegates at Drew Ellis' Like Minds festival in Exeter. The £6bn UK giftcard market is part of a global industry that will reach US$750bn worldwide by 2026. Too many people hold onto unspent giftcards which could expire, the shop go bust, or be used to buy an unwanted item. Stop the waste and sell them to a giftcard exchange and use the cash wisely.

Cardyard is experiencing rapid growth and the delegates at the festival were given an insight into the company finances and opportunities for the future. It was wonderful to share the stage with other exciting Exeter based startups Lyster Surfcraft, Art and Energy and RegenFARM, all masterfully ceremony'd by Jenny Tooth of the UK Business Angel Association.

Special thanks to Joe Pearce of SETsquared who coordinated the pitch fest element of the festival.
