I've changed my mind. Can I have a refund?
If you bought gift cards from Cardyard, but then change your mind (buyers remorse) within 2 weeks, and would like a refund, we can do that, but you must agree to these terms:
- You will receive the refund as credit into your Cardyard account.
- The refund will be credited 2 weeks after we sell on the gift card to a new buyer.
- You must accept full responsibility for the balance on the gift card so if the subsequent buyer experiences a balance reduction and we determine it was nothing to do with the buyer, we will claim the balance discrepancy from you.
- If the value of the gift card is greater than £150 or the aggregate refund is over £1,000 you will have to complete an ID check. If you fail the ID check we will not refund your purchase.
By requesting a refund, you are agreeing to these terms.
You have no right to a refund; they are given out of goodwill at the discretion of management. We will only offer a refund on one or two purchases and will refuse multiple or repeated refunds.
