  • It says my gift card has £0 when I try to redeem it?

    If the balance of your gift card shows as £0 please report this to support@cardyard.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number and the code. Cardyard will investigate this matter within 3 working days. Please be aware of our Supply of Service Terms, clause 25: Goods Not As Described 42 Day Return Policy.

  • It says my gift card is invalid when I try to redeem it?

    If a gift card says it is invalid please report this to support@cardyard.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number, the code and a screenshot showing the message. Cardyard will investigate this matter within 3 working days.
