  • How do I update my account information?

  • I haven’t received email confirmation?

    You have been sent a confirmation email, and it will be in your Spam folder, or some other folder such as Promotions or Social. Some people have a number of email accounts, and look for the confirmation email in a different email account. We have checked our return emails and it appears the confirmation email has not been returned to us, suggesting it was successfully delivered.

  • I didn’t receive the text message to verify my phone number?

    On your My Account page is a Mobile Number section. Within this section will be a link Didn't receive code. Click on this link and the system fetches the SMS logs from our provider for the mobile number you have entered.Reasons why you may not have received the code:Your mobile number is not a UK numberYou have made an error with the mobile number you enteredOur SMS gateway has detected a problem with your phone so has not sent the code.The problem will become clear when you see the logs on this page.

  • I want to know when you have a card in stock?

    You can turn on notifications for cards by going to buy gift cards, type in the retailer you are after and then turn on notify me when in stock. These notifications are sent out at 12 Noon every day.

  • How do I change my payment method for my sell order?

    If you want to change the payment method for your sell order you are due to receive payment for, please go into your Cardyard account and go to payment method and save the correct details. Payment details need to be updated 12 hours before payment is due. Once payment has been made, we are unable to change this.

  • What is my "Cardyard Account Credit"

    All customers of Cardyard have a Cardyard account. When you sell a gift card, you can choose to receive cash or have it paid into your Cardyard account with a 5% bonus. To get this bonus, choose "Cardyard account credit" in "Payment Method for each card you sell. We pay this bonus because you avoid a transaction fee. You can use your Cardyard account to purchase a gift card and save even more money. Money in your Cardyard account never expires; you can buy a gift card with it at any time.

  • How do I delete my account?

    To delete your account go to my account and at the very bottom of the page there is a ‘cancel my account’ button. Please be aware this is irreversible and any orders will be removed from the system and will no longer be traceable. Please note we are not allowed to do this for you.

  • How do I stop receiving card stock notifications?

    Go to one of the emails you have been sent for the retailer you wanted notifications for, there will be a link, for example "Amazon £15 email Gift Voucher", to which you click the link. The link works whether you have logged in or not. Once the link is clicked, you can unsubscribe for this particular retailer (and will be unsubscribed regardless of log in), or click on 'Manage Notifications' where you can unsubscribe from any other notifications you have, though you need to log in for this to work.
