Just Eat gift cards are delivered electronically as a code. Redeem the code into your Just Eat online account. They don't work on guest accounts so make sure you log in. They are redeemed into your Just Eat account in their entirety in one go. Once in your account, gift card credit can be spent in part - you don't have to spend all your Just Eat gift card credit in one go. There is no balance checker - best to redeem your gift cards as soon as you receive them to avoid any confusion.

• Just Eat gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchasing the gift card.
• Just Eat gift card credit in your account must be spent within 12 months of the date the gift card was purchased.

How to redeem your Just Eat gift card:

The app currently does not work for accepting codes. Please follow the instructions from Just Eat...

1)Visit www.just-eat.co.uk and login or sign up.

2)Choose “Redeem a Gift Card" from the menu at the top right of the screen. Please note, you need to redeem your gift card via the website; you can’t currently do this via the app.

3)Enter your case sensitive code in the “Add credit” box, and click OK. You’ll then see the message “Paycode Activated”.

4)You can use the credit by ordering from the website or the mobile app. Add items to your basket and go to the order checkout page, then select the “Pay from account” option.

You don’t have to use all the credit in one go - any unspent amount will be saved in your account and carried over to your next order. If there is not enough account credit to pay for the whole order, you will be asked to choose an extra payment method to pay the difference.

As well as a 12 character PIN, there is also a 19 digit reference number like a card nuber. You only need this if there is a problem.
