More about One4all

How to redeem eCodes online:

The One4all Swap is currently unavailable and we do not know how long for.

Check the list of online retailers https://www.one4all.com/retailer/spend-online.html  to make sure the retailer accepts One4all eCodes online. Make sure that the total cost of your basket is equal to or lower than the value of the One4all, as most online stores will not accept multiple payment methods.

  • In payment options at the checkout, select ‘Visa’ or ‘Visa Debit Card’.
  • Enter the Card Number, Expiry Date in MM/YY format and CVC2.
  • Use your own name and address for Billing Details.
  • Complete checkout.

Remember, use your One4all eCode as a prepaid Visa Debit Card. Do not choose ‘Gift Voucher’ or ‘Gift Card’ at checkout.  For more information on how to Spend Online, check the One4All  FAQ's Page.

Things to note: you cannot use more than one One4All eCodes online for a purchase. You cannot buy egifts from a retailer using a One4All eCode other than M&S

How to redeem eCodes in-store:

You can use a One4all eCode in store by loading it into your Apple Pay wallet, Samsung Pay plus wallet, or by downloading and using the One4all app from the Apple/Google-play store. Once you've registered the eCode on your phone, you can visit the store and use from the relavent wallet. We haven't tried this but our customers have said they have had success this way. Let us know how you get on.

How to redeem physical cards: One4all issue plastic gift cards that can be spent in a vast array of shops including prestige stores like John Lewis and M&S. They work as a pre-paid Visa debit card, and can be used online at a number of retailer websites. Not all retailers accept them so check on the One4all website.

How to balance check: There is an online balance checker that requires the PIN and also shows Card Activation Date. Note, the PIN is called CVV2.

There is a fee payable on One4All cards after the free period...

1. Card Activation Date

2. End of Free Period = Card Activation Date + 18 months

3. Valid thru which is written on the card and about 3 years from Card Activation Date. This date is used as the expiry date when using online.

After the End of Free Period (2.) a 90p monthly charge applies and is debited from the One4all card balance.

Once the Valid thru date (3.) has passed, the card no longer works but another card can be issued that holds any remaining balance, but the 90p per month charge continues.

Enjoy savings next time you shop at One4all with one of our discounted One4all gift cards. Alternatively, if you have an unwanted One4all gift card, you can sell your gift card to us for cash.
